The Highlander Tradition Restaurant is more than just a place to eat. It respects the past while looking to the future. We seek inspiration in regional cuisine, combining modernity with culinary heritage. All of our dishes are based on a regional product – Oscypek, lamb, or Tatra trout. We know all of our suppliers personally, which means we can guarantee the highest quality for our guests.
Our goal is to not only allow our guests to enjoy delicious highlander cuisine, but also to delight them with our dazzling interiors inspired by the Zakopane style, created by Stanisław Witkiewicz. Each interior design element of the restaurant is a meticulously finished work of art by craftsmen from Podhale who have been associated with highlander art and craft for many years. An additional advantage is a breathtaking view of the Tatra Mountains.
On the ground floor of the restaurant, there’s the Highlander Tradition café, which offers a wide selection of delicious pastries. The freshly baked cakes and desserts combined with our original coffee blend guarantee a pleasant and tasty visit.
