Bachleda Group

Facilities belonging to the Bachleda Group are once again welcoming guests.

In accordance with an Ordinance of the Government, accommodation facilities are once again permitted to welcome guests. Even though there are still some restrictions, we guarantee that the facilities owned by the Bachleda Group have met all the imposed requirements and offer tourists a safe holiday at the highest level.

“We're extremely happy that we can once again welcome guests at Hotel Mercure Kasprowy Zakopane. Even though we're living in a new reality with sanitary restrictions, our hospitality is our top priority. We have and always will make sure that our guests feel fantastic when staying with us. Our hotel continues to offer many attractions, but the most important and most valued ones after many weeks of lockdown are space with a beautiful, breathtaking view, hotel terraces where you can enjoy the panorama of the Tatra Mountains, walking paths around the hotel, as well as our pride and joy – the Grand Kasprowy Restaurant – with delicious aged steaks and dishes from a charcoal-fired oven accompanied by wines from the best vineyards in the world. We’ve also prepared the option for our guests to take advantage of the numerous attractions offered around Podhale. These include hot air balloon rides, rafting on the Dunajec River, and summer sleigh rides. Those who miss shopping can enjoy the famous Krupówki promenade with numerous shops and boutiques,”

– said Sebastian Nocuń, Director General of Hotel Mercure Kasprowy Zakopane.

In the new reality, visitors should expect several changes that have been introduced for health and safety reasons. At all of our facilities, before they start work, each employee undergoes a mandatory health check. For the peace of mind of guests, our reception desks now feature glass panels separating our staff from the guests, the number of employees has been reduced, and the cleaning staff are available only if requested by the guest. To maintain the highest hygiene standards, our waiters and chefs work in masks. We've also introduced regular disinfection of rooms, and have a distance of two metres between tables.

“At Bachleda Residence Zakopane, our first guests arrived on 20 January 2020. We impatiently awaited the moment when this facility would be able to resume its operations, and our guests would be able to once again enjoy staying with us and enjoying the benefits of the Tatras’ nature. It's the location of the hotel, which is in the heart of Zakopane while at the same time in close proximity to tourist trails, that's one of its greatest advantages. We're very happy that our guests can once again use all of the infrastructure of the facility,”

– said Teresa Różak, Director of Hotel Bachleda Resort Zakopane.
